The Gaggle is open to all players that have a current GHIN Handicap.
 

How it Works: 

You can tee off anytime you want during the round, but must sign up prior to paying at the course. Finally, for Gaggle rounds You MUST play with someone else in the gaggle to attest score in the same group. All scores are kept in the Golf Genius app during the round. 

To Register: $20 Entry Fee is required at registration. $10 will go towards the first half stroke play Eclectic for Gross/Net from April 19-July 20.  The other $10 will be for the second half eclectic July 26-Oct 27th. The end of gaggle will be Sunday, October 19, 2025. 

Weekly Costs:
The cost to play in the Gaggle is $10 each round plus any applicable green/cart fees.  If you begin the round, and do not the finish, there will be no reimbursement unless an unforeseen circumstance.

Format 1:  Gross / Net Payouts for Individual Scores based on the number of players, and Gross/Net Skins 

Format 2:  - You will play your own ball and record all strokes.  All players will be randomly put into two-person teams; one from A-Flight and one from B-Flight for a team aggregate score for Gross and Net payouts. Plus Gross/Net Individual skins 

What's new for 2025!!! 

We know lots of you play every weekend, but some can only make it one day. To keep things exciting for everyone, we'll be switching up the format on Sat and Sun each month. I will announce the format for the weekend when sign-ups open!!! 

Note:  If there is an odd number of players signed up, a “fill-in” plays as a regular member of a team, but also has his or her score included on another pairing that would otherwise have only one player. Consequently a “fill-in” can be on more than one winning team, although he or she cannot win more than one team prize in the round.

Scoring and Payouts

Weekend Gaggle Results will be scored by Kayla Weaver for both Saturday and Sunday, and payouts will be applied to Credit book by Sunday, unless otherwise noted by Kayla. 
 

Many ask how are payouts done for gaggle: 

Each round you pay $10, For the round payout, the number of places payout is based on the number of players that play in gaggle, and has a standard formula for payout percentages and distribution of the purse and prize money. 
 

Live Scoring Update -All scores must be inputted online through Golf Genius during the round. No changes will be made after 7pm. If you have trouble entering scores, try someone else’s phone, and if still unable to post, you must send a photo of your scorecard to Kayla Weaver, via email – Kayla.coan@gmail.com
